Hotel a Sentiero del Canale Chesapeake & Ohio

“The best thing about the property is the location. The best way to describe the room is plastic. The bath/shower controls were dirty and the control for the bathtub was missing. The A/C was fine and the bed fairly comfortable. The cost of the room was outrageous as a result of the timing; it was Georgetown University's graduation weekend. There were 2 bottles of water, coffee and tea available downstairs and no bathroom amenities.”

“Overall it’s a great property. It rained all weekend so we were unable to take advantage of the beach or golf course. Be sure to ask for turnover service if you want it- they will not clean your room unless you ask. They didn’t tell us this when we checked in which is why I gave it four stars.”

“Everything was great. The walls must be really thin though, we could hear people talking in the next room and what sounded like lots of people running back and forth above us, day and night.”

“We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and courteous and very helpful when needed. It’s true that the Wi-Fi didn’t work on the guest computer, but that’s OK. in general, I would definitely consider visiting again and recommend others.”

“Hotel was nice. Rooms are spacious & clean. During our stay only 1 elevator was working and during the morning the staff hadn’t loaded up & guests weren’t able to use it much. Most guests were utilizing the stairs. Breakfast wasn’t really a “buffet” as mentioned. It a continental breakfast with bagels, toast, yogurt & cereal. Nice for the price-point.”

“Amazing resort feeling at this hotel but sadly pool wasn’t open which I had known. Very clean and only downfall was the horrible dial up internet speed which made me feel like I’m staying in farm land. FYI Internet speed was at the most 5mbps”
